The salon was very well kept up but the service was absolutely terrible. I walked in asking for acrylics and the man and women proceeded to mock and make fun of me for choosing acrylics. He then called me super short and asked me if I could reach the gas pedal and see over the dash. I will Forsure never go back. If you are looking for sweet people to do your nails go to Sophia’s nails off of HWY 43. By far the very best service.

The salon is beautiful and well kept. The technician that did my nails does beautiful work, it looked almost identical to the picture I had. The only reason I’m not Giving a 5 star is because after she had already glued the whole set on and filed down my nail beds, she realized she didn’t have the correct powder. She ended up making it work with a half glitter powder substitution. It’s still looks lovely and she was able to find a solution but it’s not what I came in to pay for.

They just don’t do a good job go somewhere else the nails are crooked lumpy not all the same lengths s they can’t shape a nail to save their life I was cut multiple times said something about it and she was still being rough as someone who has been getting there nails done on a regular basis for years I can say these are the worst nails Iv ever had and there overpriced never going back

I go to get my arms waxed and I call ahead of time to make sure they have time to do it, and not rush it. They said yes, so I go in and ask the lady to be very careful with my wrist cause I had surgery a month ago, and what does she do? She very roughly grabs it, and rushes through and tries to stop halfway through and get someone else to finish cause her next appointment showed up early. Mind you, I called ahead of time TO MAKE SURE SHE HAD TIME, and I had to say ow loudly 3 times for her to realize she was hurting my wrist. So I left, in pain, with a very crappy job done. I will not be going back.

I absolutely love this nail salon I am so happy with my nails they look phenomenal I got a deep conditioning cream on my hands my hands were extremely dry and she spent an extra 20 minutes making sure that my hands were like Silk when I left.
