I haven’t had my nails done in a very VERY long time, and I was super worried because I’ve always had bad experiences at salons. But this place did AMAZING on my nails. Just left from getting my nails done and a pedicure. The water was cold during the pedicure, I told the worker it was cold and she drained some of the water to add more water that was still cold. When doing the pedicure she didn’t use products on both feet just on one foot some products were left out and It was rushed. When doing my nails I showed a picture of what I wanted and after cutting down the nails they were all uneven and they kept filing shorter and shorter and the worker chipped the edge of one of the nails, instead of fixing the nail she just kept filing it down where the chip on the edge was not noticeable, my nails are still uneven. I could not get what I showed the picture of because the nails were not the right length. I just got them painted and it’s not evenly polished or covers the entire nail. I feel as though they are trying to cut corners to save them money and the breakdown for my services were more than their price sheet
