Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNicole is an amazing stylist. Really knows what she is doing. She is highly experienced in balayage and layered haircuts. A bit pricey, but totally worth the money. The space is clean, one-on-one and has great views of downtown Charlotte as well as the Panthers stadium; which is really cool. I first went in for a balayage consult and loved what Nicole had to offer as the plan for my color. She is creative, worked with my natural color and asked me tons of questions to see what I like and don’t like about my hair. Parking was sightly confusing, but luckily Creative Layers has 2 free spots saved just for their clients located underneath Loft 135. I definitely will be returning and bragging about Nicole to all my friends. I can’t stress enough in how difficult it was to find a stylist who listened and understood my needs. I’ve been looking for a hairstylist that is experience with layers and booked an appointment based on the reviews. I asked for curtain bangs with layers and even show the hairstylist a picture of what I wanted. Not going to mention any name because it doesn’t matter at this point. All I want to say that it was not a good experience. The cut wasn’t what I asked for. Ends are uneven and the blowout didn’t even last no more than a day. I was so upset!! Its not easy to trust hairstylist with your hair these days. I would definitely not recommend.

Cassie butchered my hair. Got a basic men’s dry cut and didn’t ask for anything fancy, just one inch off. I’ve never had a worse cut. I wouldn’t blame my girlfriend if she left me, my hair looks that bad. This person cut off like 3 inches, and that was even after I told her my hair will curl up and look even shorter.
