Went to Ida for the 1st time because I liked the way she did a friend’s hair but never again. I went in with a style in mind, showed her a picture and came out with a totally different color and style. She cut my hair straight when I asked for long layers smh. Paid a total of $260 then had to go to a different salon the next day and pay an additional $40 to fix my hair. She gave me business cards to share with friends which I will definitely not give out.

My hair experience with Ida was fantastic. I really recommend her to anyone looking for the best. I left another salon thinking I’d get platinum blonde or at least something close, but it turned out more orange and with breakage. I was thinking of going to CVS and just do it myself, but my husband stopped me (thank goodness) because he said he knew someone that has what I’m looking for and hooked me up. My husband’s coworker got her hair done the way I wanted, so I asked her where and she said here. She immediately recommended Ida, so I looked up the salon website to check it out. It said it offered online booking, and I thought ‘this place had to be pretty good’ because I don’t see that often so I set up an appointment and all that with my situation. She responded and I went. She consulted me about the process and explained everything clearly, even made sure if I had anything to ask or say about it. The suggestions, the cost, & the result were all upfront and there. Because of how damage my hair was, she suggested ‘a 2 process & treatment’ (color correction and something called a keratin treatment) would achieve the results I wanted, and it sure did!

I went in for a simple hair cut, I usually wear my hair up 99 percent of the time and its about midway down my back….I wanted to cut it short ….I usually don’t know what or how to style my hair most of the time any ways…I had ida and she was absolutely wonderful, she gave my hair a beautiful style that is extremely easy to maintaine to wear it down…I was so happy she went above and beyond to fit a style for me…as I have no clue about hair lol…I now have a lovley style and was very happy with the job done and will be going back again to see ida!
