My sister is going through chemo and needed professional advice and education on what type of hair piece and head wear was right for her. Pat and everyone at the shop have been so great with communication and scheduling appointments, answering questions and having plenty of resources for different hair solutions. Pat was so kind and helpful and she knew exactly what she was doing. You can tell she knows how to serve her clients very well. I recently went in with my sisters to meet with Pat and couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing service and wonderful experience we had! My sister is going through chemo and needed professional advice and education on what type of hair piece and head wear was right for her. Pat and everyone at the shop have been so great with communication and scheduling appointments, answering questions and having plenty of resources for different hair solutions. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI do not recommend this place. I was looking for a wig (I’m brand new to wig wearing) and they honestly did not keep much on hand to help with education and to figure out what you would like. I worked with Kristine and it wasn’t easy getting in with her because she was constantly saying she was fully booked. I ended up ordering a very expensive wig but knew it needed colored. She highlighted it incorrectly the first time, may have been a miscommunication on both ends but as the hair stylist/pro it should be her job to make sure she 100% understands what I want. I came in to get it and she asked me “which photo you sent me was for color again?” This is AFTER she had already dyed it. I had to bend around her schedule to come in for a second time to get it highlighted and fixed. She still didn’t do it the way I wanted after she assured me she knew what I wanted and I explained it for 5 minutes solid. They then insisted they “had to charge me again for the amount of color they used.” I’m now out $150 for color I’m going to have to get fixed elsewhere.I do not recommend this place.
