Terrible first experience as a first time customer. I called a week in advance to make a 4pm appointment, made it 15 minutes early, it is now 4:45 and I haven’t even been acknowledged. The young receptionist at the front desk greeted other customers and offered coffee and tea but had no intention in asking me. I even glanced at her, looking away from my phone to see if she’ll acknowledge, nothing. Just walked away. When I got out of the restroom and asked her how long is the wait, she asked me to sit by the washer and that she will get someone to wash me..again, left there, nothing. My 4pm hairstylist had no intentions to even meet me and was no where even finished with the client before me.

Excellent service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They offer you coffee and tea and sometimes even crackers/cookies. Prices are reasonable. I got a trim and a blowout and my hair looked amazing! They give you what you want and pay attention to detail. I’ve even been back just to have my hair washed and styled curly and they are just perfect.

For starters, whoever is answering the phones booking appointments is the sweetest girl ever! As soon as i walked in, everyone was super friendly. The receptionist offered me coffee and my wait was not long at all. My hair stylist was amazing she asked what kind of cut I wanted and she did an amazing job! Prices are reasonable! I would def recommend this place . Parking was easy and this location was not hard to find. My hair looks and feels amazing!

Best hair salon in town, great customer services. Every time I go to my creative hair Design salon I leave super satisfied. The girls at this hair salon are great, I’ve been coming here to get my hair done for a couple of months now and will never change them. Perla dyed my hair which I was super scared to do in the first place because is a very delicate procedure and truth be told she did a wonferful job. The girls make you feel welcomed at all times by offering food, coffee and more.
