Critical: ProfessionalismMy son needed a haircut and we drove by and saw a sign that said Walk Ins Welcome in the window. We were excited so we pulled in and parked. We went inside and there was no one working behind the counter. There was a woman tending to a guest and talking with her, never stopping to greet us. We sat and waited about 10 minutes without being greeted, being spoken to, being asked what we needed, if we had an appointment, how long the wait would be, etc. We decided it would be best to find someone else who would value our time and appreciate us more. As we were walking out, I kind of expected the woman (who I found out was the owner) to say something to us, to stop us from leaving, to apologize, to make things better… not a word! My son needed a haircut and we drove by and saw a sign that said Walk Ins Welcome in the window. We were excited so we pulled in and parked. We went inside and there was no one working behind the counter. There was a woman tending to a guest and talking with her, never stopping to greet us.
