I’m Julianne, located at The Blowout Bar in Hanover, PA! I have been in the beauty industry since 2015. My passion is to help people feel & look their very best. Using hair and skin as my medium, to do that. You can come to me knowing my chair is a safe-place, where it is like catching up with an old-friend. You can escape from your busy day-to-day hustle and slip away for a relaxing retreat. I aim to provide luxury services at affordable price-points to fit everyone’s individualized budget and lifestyle. Referrals are the best compliments and I’m always looking to expand my clientele.
