Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time at Creative Cuts Plus, I chose this place because it had decent reviews. I know COVID makes things difficult but manners don’t change whether you have to wear a mask or not. If a hair stylist at a salon has an opinion on how your hair is there is a proper way to do so. Woman who cut my hair (never introduced) I believe it was the owner, made comments about certain aspects of my hair which were completely unnecessary. I did not ask any questions or opinions of her which in my mind means don’t give yours… it made me feel very insecure and very uncomfortable. I literally couldn’t believe what was happening I would have walked out but she was mid cut. Haircut was okay but I will never go back and never recommend. First time at Creative Cuts Plus, I chose this place because it had decent reviews. I know COVID makes things difficult but manners don’t change whether you have to wear a mask or not. If a hair stylist at a salon has an opinion on how your hair is there is a proper way to do so. Positive: ProfessionalismAfter moving away from my old hairdresser, i was doubtful that I would ever find a place as comfortable and competent as what I had become used to, in special during COVID-19 novel, but, Creative Cut Plus definitely came through with flying colors!For context, I only relied upon the stellar Google Maps reviews before walking in.Marly was an expert in my hair style and type, and immediately knew what I wanted after I gave her a brief description of “my usual”.The entire experience for the price was very fair, and her attentiveness left me quite impressed! She even gave me a quick lesson lesson about the differences in sulfates in shampoo. As someone attentive about style and self-care, I really appreciated her knowledge in the area. I will definitely be coming back, and believe I’ve found my new regular hair styler.P.S. If told review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. After moving away from my old hairdresser, i was doubtful that I would ever find a place as comfortable and competent as what I had become used to, in special during COVID-19 novel, but, Creative Cut Plus definitely came through with flying colors!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMarly does an excellent job every time I come into the salon. She takes her time and and really listens to what style or look I’m asking for. I have very long/thick hair that becomes a tangled mess after the washing sink (it’s been like that my entire life) she doesn’t mind and works it out. I can remember Marly cutting my hair when I was just a little girl, I am 31 years old now and I’m glad I came back to her.
