My daughter and I went in there with a lice scare. We had no idea how we would have possibly got it but we thought we saw nits. Gil was so super amazing and got us in right when we called! He was super informative and we ended up not having lice. However if you think you may have lice he’s great and i would highly recommend him! He is affordable and has a lot of knowledge! Thank you for putting our minds at ease as well as making the experience one that wasn’t embarrassing!

Always very fast and courteous. We have used Bernadette’s for many years on and off. They make you feel like having lice is nothing. The natural formula has barely any scent at all and you can treat your hair and go about your day. It doesn’t dry weird, it’s almost conditioning. The comb is much better than anywhere in stores too, so I tend to grab a new one of those with it. Seriously, stop showering your kid’s in who knows what and give it a try. The bottle lasts a long time.

Exceptional!! My daughter is away at college and was worried she had lice. We called to see if the product we had from a previous incident was still good. He confirmed it would love longer be good and mailed a new bottle to my daughter at college and it was received the next day. This establishment is the best and never lets us down! I just want to say Gil has gone above and beyond with the help of my daughter’s lice. I called and he returned my call within 10 minutes and we were taken care of the same day. Of all the treatment centers I called, he returned my call promptly and was extremely helpful. Other companies charged outrageous prices for the same treatment and he includes 2 follow up visits at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend anyone going here with a lice issue.
