I went in for just a haircut and it was the best one I have ever had. Basel was very nice and kept conversation going. He wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and still keep my hair healthy. I asked about a Brazilian blow out and he said that I did not need one for my hair type. He suggested a Keratin treatment instead and said that it was cheaper too! I am very pleased with this stylist and will definitely be returning and making this salon the only one I go to from now on.

made an appointment for my haircut. I arrived on time (10 minutes before), and the lady who had to attend me took 20 minutes to receive me. She was not already busy at that time, but she was talking to a friend of her and still asked me for more waiting time … I told her that I was leaving and she immediately received me. She cut my hair, but I was not satisfied. I just wanted to leave that place.

Creative Cuts is by far one of the best hair salons I’ve ever been to. the staff is very professional, courteous, and friendly. I got the keratin treatment, a hair cut, and eyebrow threading everything was done by Fay she was amazing and very knowledgeable, she did wonders to my hair, my hair has never looked better. i definitely recommend this Hair Salon to everyone. I had such an amazing experience that i will definitely return to have any Hair services done by Fay.

I’ve gone to Chelsea several times for cut and color, and she is amazing! Always does exactly what I ask, helps me choose the best shade, and does the best job cutting my hair, short cuts aren’t easy! FYI I am really hard to please when it comes to my hair. You can make appointments online which is really convenient too!

I am a brand new customer here. I booked with Fay for a cut and color. She gave me exactly what I asked for, was very gentle and so nice. She gives you a nice scalp massage and very special treatment. My blowout at the end was amazing, I wish she could do my hair every day! All of this for $100 plus tip. Very satisfied.

I came to this salon today after reading such great reviews, i was not disappointed, very friendly staff and great atmosphere. My stylist was Brandon, i asked for partial highlights, cut and blow out. Brandon did exactly what i wanted, I’m so happy with my hair i love the color and cut. Worst experience in haircut, the lady kept answering phone calls without caring her customer. Haircut skills are really clumsy and unprofessional. There are several times she almost cut my eyes or skin. When using the hair dryer to finalize her cut, due to her bad cutting skills and work attitude, the dryer was super hot. I pointed it several times but she obviously didn’t care or listen. I used the mirror to check my haircut and pointed out things to modify, but she was really unhappy and condemned me not look at the mirror. Apart from the attempt to sell her hair product for $15, she also suggested to give tips. For overall $33 ($30+$3), I think I am too nice to give such bad services for so much money. I didn’t try other services but I don’t recommend haircut in here.

We recently bought a Groupon for Creative Cuts and my daughter was so excited to get a Keritin treament done. I phoned for the appointment and they booked her in without issue. Told me to be prepared to not “wash” her hair for 72 hours or more after the appointment, etc. When we arrived for the appointment, the lady said… oh she has long hair… well then the Groupon is only good for a short term treatment (that would last only 4 weeks). So I agreed to pay an additional $80 to have the long term treatment done. I then left the salon and returned when my daughter called to say she was ready. She was upset because the lady spent the 3 hours it took to do the treatment telling her how her hair was so thick & long she should have charged us an additional $120 or even more. Then she told her she had to buy the $50 worth of shampoo & conditioner on top of it. She told her that if we didn’t have the money to pay for it – we should buy a box and do it ourselves. Not sure why anyone would feel it’s okay to Whine at your customer and expect them to return. I will NOT be taking our daughter back there – and I won’t recommend it to my friends either.
