I was coming in from a really bad experience with another salon and she talked me through every step and she corrected my hair. We removed 5 inches from my length and she gave me a nice balayage. Rachel did a wonderful job with my hair. I was coming in from a really bad experience with another salon and she talked me through every step and she corrected my hair. We removed 5 inches from my length and she gave me a nice balayage. My hair turned out beautiful. Will be coming to her from now on. This salon has very knowledgeable stylists. You can’t go wrong here.

My daughter got a perm at Creative Cuts came out straight, I called and spoke to Kelly (lady that did it) and she was very pleasant at first, told me to bring her back today to redo it and then at the door acted like a crazy person, so much that my daughter wouldn’t stay there alone with her. $85 plus a 25% tip the first round and she didn’t want to help us out today. Very rude, very unprofessional. She used to much hair in the rods and the wrong perm. It’s sad. Tried to handle it with her and the salon and she was a crazy person.
