Kim did an incredible job. Not only did she do what I asked she also gave me a lot of options and suggestions. I had a great time laughing with the ladies in the shop. If there was anything I could change is this place needs a major cleaning. Instead of some of the other staff running out or sitting around. As they say if you got time to lean you got time to clean. And did I mention all of this didn’t cost an arm and leg like so many talentless shops in the area want to charge. Would definitely recommend Kim to everyone.

Although this place got me the hair color I’ve been wanting, the experience and after effects were so horrible and not worth the price I paid. The store was messy, crowded, smelled weird, and looked dirty. I was talked down to which was infuriating and my hair was fried after I left. If you’re fine with that, then go. If you’re like me, somewhere else would be better
