Donna did my hair she is a nice lady. I don’t recommend this salon. Honestly i feel bad for writing a bad review but I’ve been upset for a couple days now. she botched my hair so bad. All I asked for was a clean up and a trim. She asked if I would like some layers in my hair I said a little bit but not too much. She gave me tons of botched layers all through my hair. All the way up to my ear around my hole head! And they’re not even nice. I had hair all the way down to the middle of my back. They’re so bad that I’m not even able to get them fixed until they grow out because they’re so thick and short. Donna didnt gave me a chance to look at my hair, she randomly just started curling my hair once she was done cutting it giving me a tip on how to curl my hair and Ask if I wore my hair up a lot. I Didnt even ask her to curl my hair, i never curl it! I feel she did this to cover up her mess up. I should have seen the signs. I’m shocked that she even charged me.

Stay away from Creative Changes salon in Beachwood. I went in for a cut and color. Not only did they charge me $135.00 and totally messed up my hair, but when I went back for them to fix their mistake, the owner charged me another $65.00. Never again! The fix up for their mistake should have been a courtesy! Ugggghhhhh

After going through some physical challenges during which I simply ignored my hair, I called Creative Changes and Donna was able to accommodate me the very same day. Her studio is warm and welcoming; it’s pretty, very clean and neat. Donna transformed my neglected tresses, making me feel good about my hair, and myself, again! It was a fabulous experience. I will be returning.
