Due to my current life situation it’s hard to make any appointments in advance. Decided on Friday 11/15 that I wanted to take a day trip to Roanoke to get away on Saturday 11/16 so I tried to get an last minute appointment for a very long overdue massage and a few different places and had almost given up hope in finding one that would fit my schedule and needs. I called Creative Balance and got the answering machine but didn’t leave a message. To my surprise I got a return call from Penny after taking with her just a few minutes was very pleased that she has two openings for me and my husband fur Saturday. And what a blessing she is very caring and understanding to my needs. Personal touch very friendly and relaxed. I will be coming back very soon and hopefully more often. She made me feel like I was a guest in her home not just a client in her office. Thank you so very much Penny for listening to me and making me feel comfortable.
