So I am doing a review for 3 people (me and my two daughters). The place was clean and pretty. There is gentle spa type music playing. It was not busy so we got seated immediately. The people were nice.

I have been coming here for a few years. I have always received fun and friendly customer service. The ladies and gentlemen here are very nice.

Went in for a gel manicure. The environment is nice enough. They weren’t all that busy, but it felt like the nail technician was rushing throughout my whole service. He didn’t speak much, which is fine – but he just seemed so hurried and the final product is a testament to that. My nails are fine, but not really $35 worth of fine. He left the sides/edges uneven and didn’t smooth out the tips of my nails well. There are some paint around the outside of my nails and it looks like a fiber got stuck in one nail and he didn’t bother to take it out. Most of my complaint is the fine details of the paint job itself. It didn’t need to be rushed so badly. This was my first time, and likely my last.

For a specialty pedicure it was less than 30min. Most salons are close to an hour with massage, callus remove and sugar scrub. When she finished painting, I looked at my toes and she left multiple edges of my nails unpainted. When I asked her to finish painting the rest of the nails (5 needed to be touched up) she said oh well your nails curve, pretty sure most toe nails have a slight curve. I can see from my seat that you missed huge portions of my nail and you are much closer to my feet than I am. She left a few nails with color shadows and one with an indent. They also didn’t have the air on, Thermostat said 85 degrees! Definitely not worth $33+ tip

I have been here several times with my mom. The first time was good, we both got pedicures and they did a good job. The next few times we went the guy did my pedicure. He rushed through it, barley massaged my feet or legs at all and did a poor job in my callus removal. I paid for the more expensive pedicure. The one older, gave my mom a great pedicure and really spent time on her callus removal. When it got busy one day the rushed through it to get us out. And the guy also cut my toe nails to short on which caused pain after I had it. The next time I asked him not to cut them, I did it myself before I went and he still trimmed the sides so that it hurt after. I kept hoping it would get better after I had gone a few times and tipped them well but it didn’t. Will be looking for a new salon.

Really pushy! I was transferred to different techs 3 times, really annoying! My pedi I got the most expensive package &it was not what it should of been. My nails were a perfect color for the Wedding I was attending but they were cracked 6 out of my 10 nails. Then they only lasted 4 days before popping off. I spent over $130 before tips, this shop VALUES QUANTITY OVER QUALITY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We made an appointment for a Sunday at 11am when they opened. Our pedicures were great, the massage chairs are amazing. At About Noon, a lot of people started showing up so they started hurrying us. I got a gel manicure and my ring fingers were accent nails with glitter. The glitter gel fell off on day 2, BOTH of them. The rest of the gel is a little over a week old and every nail is peeling. I do like coming to the salon, however when its busy, they rush and the customer ends up paying for it. I would give 3-4 stars for my last visit.

I came in on Thursday april 19 roughly around 3pm. I asked for just a basic color change for nails and toes as I don’t like getting all the extra stuff done. The girl who started doing my nails was doing a very good job on my toes. Then some guy comes over doesn’t say anything to me and starts to do my nails. He spent not even 5 minutes on them I have never left any nail salon with my nails looking so bad. He also charged me 20$ for nails and toes which I think is ridiculous especially with how bad they look I left a tip for the girl as she was very nice and did a great job but that guy did horrible. Defiantly the worst expirence I have ever had at a nail salon!

Worst nail experience ever. I have been having my nails done for over 30 years & never had such poor quality. They looked decent, but they immediately started snapping off right & left, just in the first week! I went back to have them repaired & they made them a bit thicker, but they were still constantly breaking & were also lifting by the 2nd week. The 3rd time I went in for a repair, they acted like it was my fault & were condescending about it. That was, until ANOTHER one snapped off WHILE they were filing one of the other nail repairs. They quickly became apologetic after that, but that’s the last time I went there. I have found a different, amazing nail place in Queen Creek, and have had ZERO lifting or breaking, even after 3-4 weeks, and they are WAY more friendly there.

I went here to get my nails done for a special event, I needed them to last at least a week or two so I got gels which typically last for at least three weeks. Got my nails done here on the 11th and the day after my gels were already chipped and cracked in mere hours an all I did was drive home. the day after I went back, they fixed it only for my nails to crack again two days later and this stuff is supposed to last at least 27 days(from the bottle). Really upset as I didn’t want messy nails for my event and for the price I paid It should have been much better as I have had gel done at other places that have last me three weeks or more.
