Orange hair! No thanks! Glenn was very apologetic, sweet and professional. After 2 trips to the salon and 7 hours of my time the only thing I got from the owner was a “thank you for your patience” and “you need to speak up” I asked for a discount or some money back for the time and inconvenience, but was told they use high end products that are very expensive so that was not a possibility.
