I have been a client of Ginger’s for 35 years. She is an amazing stylist, colorist, and all around fabulous human being. It’s a friendly and very professional salon. Always neat and clean. During COVID they followed all CDC guidelines and have even gone above and beyond what was required to keep their clients safe.

When I didn’t live in Spokane, I’d schedule with her when I’d be home for a visit because she’s the best and I had bad experiences elsewhere. She listens to what I’m looking for in a hair cut and I always love the results. Ginger is so professional and kind! The atmosphere is clean and friendly. Ginger has cut my hair basically my whole life. When I didn’t live in Spokane, I’d schedule with her when I’d be home for a visit because she’s the best and I had bad experiences elsewhere. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismOne of the owners is the worst!! She talks about her personal problems all the time! Her voice is extremely loud so while you are trying to relax or carry on a conversation with your hairstylist you can’t. It’s really sad that a woman who is supposed to build up other women and make them beautiful is so self centered and obtuse. I will never ever recommend this salon to my friends or relatives.If I was looking to rent a station from this salon I would take a hard pass. This owner displays her cheap looking glasses that she makes all over the salon. The stations aren’t very clean. The blinds are dirty. Floors aren’t very clean. Why you would use a cheap mop to clean and sanitize your floor? I would also not put unwrapped toilet paper on the back of toilet. Fecal matter travels all over surfaces!There are some good stylists that rent from this woman but I wouldn’t trust someone who tries to micromanage somebody else’s business.I feel sorry for the other hairstylists that have to work around someone who is so insecure that she sabotages herself and other people who rent from her.Service: HairstylingOne of the owners is the worst!!
