Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is the first time I have felt inspired to write a public review. I have never been happier with a haircut from a licensed hairdresser! Judy really listened to what I liked/didn’t like, took her time, and asked questions along the way. I left thrilled with the result. But the real test is always what happens when I fix it myself, and a few days later I’m still so happy. This is the first time I have felt inspired to write a public review. I have never been happier with a haircut from a licensed hairdresser! Judy really listened to what I liked/didn’t like, took her time, and asked questions along the way. I left thrilled with the result. But the real test is always what happens when I fix it myself, and a few days later I’m still so happy. I would give it 10 stars if I could – I absolutely will be returning!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFrom the moment I walked it looked normal and cute, parking is unusual. I set an appointment to have my hair highlighted already discussing what I wanted . Blonde highlights as I’m waiting and waiting to see the results excited holding the photo in my hand so there is no miscommunication. She washes my hair and 3 hours in I finally see that it’s orange … I ask to come back tmrw she just tells me to sit down . She attempts to finish it and didn’t even finish blow drying it . When she finally decides I can leave I offer to still pay the $110 for a bad hair job & the rest of the time she continues to blame it on me . ); I call a few days later because I don’t want to go back and ask for a partial refund and she refuses .
