I have gone to this nail salon quite a few times with fairly difficult inspiration photos and the gel technician gets it perfect every time! She asks clarifying questions and ensures that you’re happy with the color selection! The vibe is always positive and welcoming and with that, they have gained a loyal customer! I 10/10 recommend! I came in yesterday July 11 2022. There were only 3 techs there and they were very busy, but I take that as a good sign. I did have to wait a bit, but Nancy offered me a water, so no complaining here. The place was immaculate clean including the restrooms. Nancy took care of me and when I tell you she was amazing….SHE WAS AMAZING. She did both my full set and my pedicure, She took her time and did exactly what I asked of her, she was so professional while dealing with me as well as the customers steady coming in and calling, all good signs to me. She did both for me so I was there for 2 hours but I enjoyed every moment of my new experience there. I must say also that with only the 3 techs there they were all so very professional and friendly with how busy they were. So Thank you Nancy and Creation Nails and Spa for such a wonderful experience, I highly recommend you all and I will definitely be returning. And do not let me forget the pricing. Super affordable!!!

I’ve been to this establishment multiple times and definitely think they provide quality work. I always call ahead and make an appointment, and there’s only been one time I’ve waited a substantial amount of time past my appointment time. I still give 5 stars after that incident since I know at the time it was only 2 people providing service and I know the timing of walk-ins throws a lot off. Now, I just call 15 minutes or so before my appointment to confirm that they’re ready for me at my appointment time so I’m not waiting there longer than necessary.

I REALLY hate to leave negative reviews for anything (actually this may be my first ever negative review), but this… this was horrible. The nails themselves turned out ok, not exactly what I wanted but ok. However, the entire experience was painful. I’m not sure who my tech was, but not only did she dig her own fingernails deep into my skin on every finger, but she took an actual CHUNK of my finger with a nail file. I’ve been getting acrylics for almost a decade and this is hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had.

I made an appointment here after reading good reviews and having two less-than-great pedicures in Kalamazoo and Portage this summer. The experience was very nice! The technician was friendly and did a meticulous job. The salon is bright, roomy and very clean. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be returning and recommending Creation Nails to friends. Thanks for a very nice experience.
