We are a nail salon on Snow Road that offers many services. We, the current owners of the salon, took ownership of the business in December of 2016. The services we offer include a variety of Manicures, Pedicures, Full Sets, Fill-ins, and many different Nail Art designs! We accept walk-ins and appointments. However, appointments will always be taken before walk-ins. Please call us if you have any other questions!

Terrible service. Please spend your money elsewhere. My nails started bubbling and paint started chipping before I even left the place. I tried to speak with the management professionally but she began to yell. When I asked could she correct the issue, she put top coat on my nail. I alerted her that I was not satisfied and she began to mimick me and rolled her eyes and spoke Ill about me to another customer. Customer service is everything to me, therefore this establishment sucks and I refuse to support a business with rude and unprofessional service.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place was awful. Went in today with my 6 year old. I got a gel manicure. My nails look terrible. The gel is stuck to my fingers and it is so sloppy. My daughter got a kids manicure. The guy doing her nails was so rude to her.. she has a bad habit of biting her fingernails and he said to her “ what is the point your going to bite them off” I very nicely said it’s her birthday and she wanted them done. He then asked her which color.. she picked three polishes and he rolled his eyes at her. The whole environment was just very unprofessional and I couldn’t wait to leave.This place was awful. This place was awful. Went in today with my 6 year old. I got a gel manicure. My nails look terrible. The gel is stuck to my fingers and it is so sloppy. My daughter got a kids manicure. First and last time there. While I was soaking my feet I told him I had a sore area on my ankle so be careful not to press too hard around that area. He proceeded to grab my ankle many times even after I told him it was hurting. I don’t think he understood me he didn’t speak very good English. Then while he was cutting my toenails toenails I told him I wanted them trimmed a specific way and he kept saying no that’s not the right way to wear them that’s ugly and proceeded to do it his own way. After polishing my toenails he smudged the big toe and didn’t say anything, when I pointed it out he wasn’t too happy about fixing it. Then while I was sitting under the foot dryer he came up to me and said if I was paying cash he will take it now. Not going back here again.

I have to say that i went here before and didn’t have as much of a problem as i did yesterday. I told the nail tech to please take it easy with my nail bed and she didn’t listen and made two fingers bleed. she said is due to the shape of my nail bed and not her fault. (never heard of that before from anyone doing my nails) I was told to wash my hands without soap twice. Didn’t understand why. The Gel has allot of grains from not buffing correctly and the acrylic was very thick and misshapen. When I get my nails filled I expect good service and professionalism, if i request to be gentle with my nails I expect for my wishes to be granted.

I used to come here every two weeks to get my mani and pedi. The last time I was there my pedi was fine. But the lady that did my mani cut me and I was bleeding the whole time. After a week the gel started to chip away, which has never happened to me. So I went to go back. There was a 45min wait. They said leave my number and they’ll call me. I still have yet to get a call. After this I decided to start doing my own nails again. Ordered every on Amazon plus more and it was the price I would have spent there
