Critical: Professionalism, Qualityi had to ask for EVERYTHING they never once asked me what i wanted they just did what they wanted until you said you wanted something else. i watched him do my nails and the whole time regretted ever coming here, they were lumpy from the start and he tried to fix it at the end but couldn’t really fix it now that he had already did the whole set, worst of all they are all EXTREMELY crooked and not shaped correctly. some are facing a completely different direction and all of them are jagged looking and you can tell they didn’t take time to make the shape look right. Critical: Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment. 40 minutes later they finally get to me. The lady was in such a hurry. She did not get the dead skin off my feet until I had to show her. Then I had to ask for her to take care of my calluses. She was in such a hurry, I had to tell her how to do a pedicure! Trash was piled up at their trash cans too.
