My wife and i were there for more then a couple of hours. It was an extremely horrible experience she messed my wife’s hair up. When my wife want to tuck her hair behind her ears one side was longer than the other and she wanted highlights but made most of her hair red. I wanted an easy simple short haircut the back of my hair was uneven around my neck around my ears uneven one side is longer than the other. We came to MasterCuts and they went out of their way to fix my hair and my wife’s I give them a 10 star rating.

Horrible experience! No stars for this fake salon! I purchased a Groupon for $79 and it was for a full head of highlights and a haircut. I walked into the salon and everything looked run down and outdated, so immediately I was concerned. Once I sat down in the chair she stared that she had know idea what color highlights I should chose, and that if I wanted a color Highlights I would have to pay $40 more for the color because the Groupon was for bleach only. Who just puts bleach on their hair? So I got upset because I thought that was false advertisement and I walked out. I immediately called Groupon and told them that upon sitting in the chair she took a picture of my Groupon and and claimed it as “used”, which is dishonest. They gave me a refund anyway, which I am glad about because I don’t want those fake hairstylist to get the money. I hate them, and wish them to go out of business for being dishonest, and a sloppy business. No false advertisement! Bad people!
