Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy experience at Cream was amazing. I received a haircut from a different chain shop, and the cut was terrible. I have never been to Cream before, but I have seen them on Facebook and knew they could fix it. I had the opportunity to meet John, who went above and beyond to accommodate me! My experience at Cream was amazing. I received a haircut from a different chain shop, and the cut was terrible. I have never been to Cream before, but I have seen them on Facebook and knew they could fix it. I had the opportunity to meet John, who went above and beyond to accommodate me! Critical: PunctualityI had an appointment with Kara at 11:40. I was greeted when I walked in at about 11:35. The gentleman told me that Kara would be with me in a few minutes. He then told Kara I was there and she replied that she’d be with me in a few minutes. I waited until 12:05 before leaving. Waiting 5 or 10 (MAYBE even 15) minutes past my appointment time is understandable. Sometimes things happen beyond our control. But 25 minutes, with no contact from my actual barber? What’s the purpose of making an appointment? This way of doing business tells customers that their time isn’t important to you at all.
