When we first arrived they asked about our history with massage and physical history. This was important to me as my wife and I are both military, and I especially have some back and limb issues. They created a focused plan to address our individual needs and then brought us to the rooms for the massage. Mesha, who worked on me, did an excellent job of taking care of my problem areas and communicated with me to ensure she was applying the pressure I needed. Ken likewise did the same for my wife.
