Today I had an appointment with a stylist Jeri. I had shown pictures of the color and style I wanted and the stylist said okay. With that being said I took that as I was going to receive the color I wanted well that was not the case. I left with brassy hair. I came back to the salon that day to talk to the stylist to see if she could fix it. Well she was too busy getting her hair done and told me to let my hair rest for a few days and come back on Tuesday to put another toner on it.so I said okay but after walking back to my car I realized well I just spend nearly $300 to get my hair done and thought well no it should be fixed today so I went back in and asked if someone else could do it because I had been there since 10am and at this point it was almost 3pm so another stylist had put another toner on it but it did nothing and I asked for a refund and I got a nasty text back from the stylist saying no refunds allowed I’ve been to this salon before with a different stylist and never left unhappy so I would definitely not recommend the stylist Jeri very unprofessional and disrespectful!

Positive: Cleanliness, ValueI often have a hard time communicating the exact hair color/cut I want but stylist Isa understood me perfectly! I’m not sure if I’ve ever walked out of a hair appointment so happy and satisfied. Salon was clean and well decorated. Will definitely be going back next time I need a cut/color
