Hey my star trackers can we take a minute to talk about crazy hands. I went here to make an appointment. This was the first time I’ve ever met the owner. She was such a wonderful person. Though she was over booked she told me she will let me know if someone cancelled. I just loved her personality she was soo welcoming and pleasant. I’m excited to go back and get my hair done.

I use to go to this Salon quite a bit and the staff and head stylist are distant and cold I thought once I became a repeat client and tipped it would get better, boy was I wrong. The more money I spent the more I became a easy target for being taken advantage of. The last straw was when I brought my unit in for maintenance and it was returned missing an entire bundle of hair. If you aren’t someone special or a friend etc. you will get screwed. Oh and the entire process usually took a minimum of 8 hours. Mind you service is always rushed, mediocre, and doesn’t last. Wish I could give zero stars.
