I used to enjoy going to this barbershop back when it was Mel’s. Despite the new name and the higher prices, gave them another try a couple months ago. The girl who is covered in tats (sorry, don’t recall the name) did my haircut and it was probably the worst haircut I’ve ever received, and I’m in my 40s, so that’s saying something. She friendly, nothing personal, but the haircut was horrific, and not remotely what I requested. I actually walked around for a few weeks with people laughing and asking what happened to my hair. I was still a nice guy and left a tip, but spending $30+ on that haircut hurt.
