I had an amazing experience here…i needed my nails done before a trip and they took me as a walk in for a new gel set.They were very nice and did a beautiful job on my nails. Also, they have netflix on as entertainment 🙂

Worst nail experience in my life. It was really that bad. 3.5 hours and 3 different girls worked on me just to get a gel manicure and some tips done and they they cut me because they didn’t know what they were doing, there was blood coming out every few mins and the shape was so short and the opposite of my request when I asked for long, they didn’t even apologize or give me a refund because I asked her to stop. Horrible.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had had a horrible experience at a nail salon near my own work where I work as a hairstylist.I desperately needed my nails to be fixed as they were in very rough shape and my hands are my livelihood especially during the holiday season. I made an appointment and was so incredibly blessed that they were able to fit me in in such short notice. My technician was absolutely wonderful, she spent well over an hour fixing my nails, shaping and cleaning them up and they look so great now the picture doesn’t do them justice! They came out beautifully.This is by far the best place I have been to. Your time will be well spent and in good hands here at Cranford Nails and Spa! I’ve been coming to this salon off and on for 4 years. The last couple of times I have been here I’ve felt that the nail techs were rushing. The last time I was there I was told they could not see me since I hadn’t called ahead, which is understandable but they didn’t offer an alternative time or day. I walked around the corner and had a much more pleasant experience. It is a nice and clean salon but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Horrible customer service for subpar, expensive nails! Do not expect these ladies to go above and beyond or even meet you halfway. They will give you their word, but underperform, and take their words right back. They do not care for customer satisfaction, they only care about making their money. And it’s true that these ladies do talk trash in front of you in Spanish — i’m fluent.

They do a great job for the nails but when you ask them to fix anything they are full of attitude. Once I repeatedly ask for regular manicure but ended up them giving me a gel manicure since lady did not speak English. I really want to give them another chance but this is my 3rd time there this month and when I ask a fix on a sloppy job they start to gossip about you thinkin you would not understand

Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for 5:30pm for a pedicure. I arrived at 5:25pm. There was a bit of confusion when I arrived as there were numerous individuals waiting. I was seated at approximately 5:35pm for my pedicure. I had to call one of the ladies over and ask her to turn off the water as it was hot and overflowing. She left again and I was left to sit there until 6:00pm when I asked when will my service begin. They said soon. Please note my appointment was for 5:30pm. At 6:10pm I walked out of the nail salon without anyone asking me anything. Poor service. They need to do a better job at booking appointments.
