I rarely write reviews but I cannot believe the look of my nails when I left the salon. I hadn’t gotten gel in so long, I decided to get powder gel for the holidays and while the nail tech was very nice, it was so dim lit inside I could barely see the colors nor could I see how my nails were turning out. The powder completely stained my hands and he didn’t have me wash them until after putting oil and lotion on my hands. But even then there was still a lot of red on my skin and gel around my cuticles. Anyway, the picture speaks for itself….

Critical: Quality, ValueHorrible experience! Hands down the worst mani and pedi both my friend and I have ever received. I got a gel manicure and the paint was layered on thick and peeled of in less than a week and the sides of my nails looked HORRIBLE (See all attached pictures). My pedicure was barely a pedicure, the guy barely scrubbed my feet or did any of the other things that normally come with a pedi (had to do it myself afterwards). The paint job was horrible! I could have done a better job myself. My friend came with me and also got a pedi. The woman doing her pedi bounced between her and another person making it take FOREVER. She also got tips with dip paint. She picked a PINK dip color and the dip came out clear and looked like she got a french then they started peeling up after only a few days. This was a substandard pedicure. I got the 50$ option and the technician was done in less than 15 minutes! She was on the phone most of the time & when I asked her what was the difference between the 35$ express version & the 50$ spa pedicure she said it was only a higher quality cream- but the pedicure itself was not any different. Will not go back.

GREAT experience! Lovely staff, professional, friendly, very accommodating. I dropped by without an appointment on a Sunday and they were able to sit me for a gel manicure and gel pedicure immediately. The place was very clean, breeze coming through.
