I’m used to Dominican hair salons in Harlem but found Crailyn’s and was happy to find this salon does hair similar to the ones I’m used to. I only got my hair with extensions washed, blown and styled. Pretty basic request but my hair feels clean and the pin curl style is nice. I have natural hair left out and they did a good job blending. I also sent my daughter to get her hair wash, set and pin curled. She has very thick and beautiful curly 3c and 4b hair and they did an amazing job. See the picture posted.

This place is seriously unprofessional. Made an appointment Specifically to fix a haircut and all these women did was laugh and humiliate me instead of helping me feel confident which is the whole point of going to a hair salon. Lady who was supposed to do my hair took her sweet time doing her own hair while making me feel bad about myself, just to tell me towards the end that she couldn’t fix my hair untill it was longer when my hair was literally longer than hers. I left the hair salon feeling down untill I went to another place that took it to their own hands and fixed it perfectly. These women are bullies, don’t understand how they got into the beauty industry with this attitude.
