My stylist is very professional and I am comfortable with her. I have experienced some inconsistencies with the front desk crew. I have had wrong information entered in my account leading to excess charge that I had to get them to correct. I also got some mild push back about it. But they did ultimately fix it. I have had appointments entered wrong (someone else’s appointment put in my account). I have had a different stylist have to help complete my service for my stylist for one reason or another, which is fine. But was not always as comfortable. The front desk once was very insistent that I should tip over and above my usual 20% when another stylist had to fill in. I could see no reason why I would have to tip more for the same service. I didn’t appreciate that and almost left to find another salon. It’s not like there are not lots to choose from. But I do like my stylist and it’s not her fault that this woman was rude to me. Will give it some more time and see how things go.
