Unlimited haircuts…What does that mean? Everyday, weekly, monthly! It means you can get your hair cut as many times in a month as you would like and do it in one of the best man-caves in the valley. Our haircuts and services are provided to our clients with either a monthly or an annual membership plan that will be set up on auto pay so no more charges at the shop. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred. These memberships were designed to provide people with the option to be able to get unlimited haircuts in the most convenient way possible. I had purchased an annual membership under the original owner which was great. Haircut and a cold brew. Then I bought a second annual membership just before they upped all their prices. I had my appointments cancelled numerous times the morning of my cut with no attempt to reschedule with another stylist. Then I requested (8/18/22) to have my membership cancelled and be refunded the remaining balance. I’ve been contacted by the manager of the Meridian location Katie who responded with “I will pass this information along to our General Manager. She is in charge of all refunds” and now the manager of the Nampa location Kaylee “I will send the email to the general manager again. Sorry for the delay.”. Both have said that they forwarded my request to have the remaining balance of my membership refunded to the general manager. I haven’t had a refund nor any contact from the GM. In my initial email (Cause they don’t accept a verbal in-store request to cancel) it had my personal email (which the managers have reached me at) and my cell to be contacted at. As a Veteran owned business supposedly in supporting Veterans, this seems a lacking aspect of this entire establishment. And this doesn’t even touch on my experience at the Maple Grove location…. I DON’T WANT A THANK YOU, I WANT MY REFUND. Guess a report to the BBB will be next.

So I look on Google for a barber shop with over 4 stars and I see this place. Glad I went here. The atmosphere is very up beat. The barbers are all very good as everyone leaving had a good cut. Heather cut my hair and did a fantastic job. The price is more than I am use to paying for a haircut but you get top service. They cut my hair, then washed my head giving me a head massage and having a hot towel wrapped around my face. Then they shaved my neck. You can also grab a beer here, or soda. This is a great place and I highly recommend it.

I have requested twice now have my membership canceled. They have yet to respond in confirmation. Additionally, they have a “30 day cancellation policy” which is absurd. There’s no reason you need more than a month notice. If my gym can end my membership at the end of the month, so can you.

Such a wonderful place! And their monthly plans just make it so worth it! I’m trying to work towards a new hair-do, and being able to have unlimited cuts, trims, and washes helps this so much! Great experience!

If you have a membership here and you move away, be sure to cancel it verbally, in writing, via certified mail and a copy by email because they will refuse to refund you a measly $30 if you don’t prove 6 ways to sunday that you canceled your membership. That’s how much they need your money. They can’t do the right thing

Do not use this place. It was getting harder and harder to get any appointments as their employees keep quitting. We canceled our membership and found out per the contract. There is no refunds. They should have at least offered to keep the account active since we paid for six months in advance. This is the worst Customerservice I’ve ever seen. Their “contract” is to lock people in so when they see how bad they are, you can’t get out. It’s a haircut people, seriously a contract??? Watch the owners response, it will place blame and deflect responsibility. Shows how bad their service and attitude is. Contract for haircut???

They canceled day of my appointment twice in a row. This will be the second time I have to go get a haircut somewhere else. Pointless membership, terrible deal, you will never be able to get a haircut when you need it even if you watch the app like a hawk for availability.
