The worse facial I have ever received. Ended early-No mag light to look at my skin, no steam, no extractions. At the end I mentioned the extractions she said the facial does come with them, but she didn’t really see any (um yea you didn’t look at my skin) also said they usually do not do them unless it is requested. Aren’t they the professional why would I have to ask I have never had to anywhere and have always needed them. Currently looking at all my blackheads now. Also got dermaplane and top lip is still fuzzy. The time before this they forgot to do the LED yet I still got charged for the full service until I called to ask about it.

My granddaughter had an appointment for a lash lift and tint. The provider did not introduce herself and was extremely rude the entire treatment and made us both feel very uncomfortable. My grand daughter was in tears about how mean and disrespectful she was. She was beyond rude to me when asking questions and basically told me to shut up!! I would never recommend coming to this establishment! Poor service and bedside manner! 0 stars!!

This place used to be such a nice place to come to. The owner katie and her side kick Hailey are nothing but bullies. They belittle you. When you call to ask a question the first time they are so nice and friendly. They throw in if you have anymore questions or concerns reach out. The next time you call, to ask a question or give feedback on a service performed. They tell you you’re a liability and that crafted isn’t for you. After dumping tons of money into this company for services provided. They tell you as a long standing customer that you need to find a new provider. I always used to tell everyone I knew to go to crafted. Now I will be telling everyone to stay away. Especially in such a small town. Word travels fast. I’ve supported this business since day one of opening. It’s sad to see a business like this going down the wrong road. I’ll be taking my skin care somewhere more deserving with better people skills and customer service.

I recently went to crafted to get a hydro facial and Derma planing. Though originally the experience seemed good, once I looked in the mirror afterwards I quickly realized that there was many places on my face that were missed on the derma planing. This was my first time going to crafted, but not my first time at a spa to receive these kinds of treatments. Though i don’t expect perfection, when I’m paying $230-240 each for these basic procedures, I do expect to not have 30% of my face with missed spots (derma planing).
