I am beyond happy to have found this wonderful place in Shorewood. I have lived in Shorewood for 4 years and tried many hair salons; Craft is the One. First, the friendliness the moment you step in. Second, the attention paid to what you want from my haircut. Third, the haircut itself!!! I didn’t know my hair had all this potential! I have never quite loved my hair. In general, it is another problem in my life that I have to deal with (or not). Both Cara and Ella helped me figure it out and what they did to my hair is almost a miracle. The place is trendy and yet soothing. I honestly did not want to leave the Salon! But that might have something to do with the presence of their adorable and extremely loving Frenchie…:) After decades of searching, I have found MY hair salon. Thank you!

I’ve been in a slump the last few weeks. When this happens, I make an appointment at Crafted Hair Group so we can make some magic happen! Cara takes the time to talk about your hair journey and where you want it to go, and she brings it to life. I truly feel she brought my soul back to me with her artistry! She has also been extremely COVID-conscious throughout the entirety of the pandemic, and I literally will not trust anyone else with my hair.

Cara is amazing! She has done a great job cutting my hair and taught me how to properly care for my curly hair. I was introduced to her as I needed someone who was willing to cut my son’s hair, who has autism and sensory struggles. She was so kind and patient with him as he severely struggled and by the third haircut he was able to get through the haircut with zero issues.
