I recently went here for the first time for a cut and it was a pleasant experience all around! Communication from scheduling to time of the appointment was fabulous. You can tell they really care about their employees which is a big bonus for me. Front desk staff was super friendly and Paula who cut my hair did a great job. She really took her time and made sure I knew how to care for my hair with the new style. Price is also reasonable. The environment is super cute and chill. Plus free parking! I’ll be back 🙂

Great vibe in this salon, everyone is super nice! I love the friendly and fun atmosphere and decor in this salon, it’s truly unique in the best way. I saw Chelsea for color+cut, she did an AMAZING job. This has been the best color+cut I’ve ever gotten. I get compliments on my hair almost every single place I walk into. I can’t see myself going to any other salon again!

Natasha has been cutting and coloring my hair for many years now and I have always had a positive experience at Craft. Staff are professional, polite and friendly. Sometimes scheduling can be a bit hectic due to high demand but front desk staff always work hard to slot you in. Atmosphere in the salon is faultless – positive, open, and communicative – when you come here you know you are going to be getting a stylist who takes your wants/needs into account when providing your service. Natasha specifically is an incredibly skilled professional at the top of her game. Never gotten a less than stellar cut or color service from her. Her recommendations are the product of significant experience and are on point. Unlike other stylists in my past she handles my relatively thick, long, wavy hair with no issues. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was so impressed with my experience at Craft Salon. Carol did a fantastic job on my cut and color. She spent a lot of time discussing the color and cut with me and making sure we were on the same page. She also took her time doing a very precise and high-quality application of the color; making sure placement and tones were correct. It turned out exactly like I’d hoped, and my cut looks beautiful styled straight or with my natural slight wave.

Well…. Your experience depends what you get done. I’ve had several haircuts and they were all fine. Got my hair bleached and she created banding and over toned my hair all the way to flat grey not white or silver. Pretty much ruined my hair and I had to spend several sessions at home fixing it. This was a bleach process, which is challenging but if I am charged close to 300 I expect much better results. They also did a poor job bleaching my friends hair so I would not recommend them for blinding treatments.

I love this salon! It’s so cute inside. All of the staff there are so polite and personable! They are honest about your hairs needs and do not push you to buy product. They listen to what you want and won’t just cut off a bunch of hair. Paula is super sweet and did an amazing job!!!
