Literally looks like an amateur did my nails. This is the second time I give this shop a chance and the last. $20 manicure. $5 to remove my dipped powder nails. Cathy literally ripped the dipped powder off from my natural nails instead of having them soak. She kept hurting me as she did this and she hurt me with the drill as well. She broke a couple of my nails while doing this and claimed that they were already broken. I think she was mad because I opted out of shellac but her terrible treatment caused her to not get any tips.
