Just moved to the Oconomowoc area so was on the hunt for a great nail place. Upon entering was a nice looking place and clean. Offered drinks which is a nice touch. Now on to the pedicures. I had a spa pedicure 65$ my boyfriend same with gel which was 80$ and I tipped good because I’m in the service industry.

Really disappointed. Came in for acrylics and an eyebrow wax for me and acrylics for my daughter. They pushed up selling to the point of insulting my daughter. They were so focused on the upsell but didn’t get the job done correctly. My daughters nails look funky, crooked. Mine have large gaps between the cuticle and the polish all around. The shape of the nails isn’t close to even, and the underneath has glue and debris falling off still hours later. She left hang nails as well. My eyebrow wax started off ok but when I said I didn’t want my whole face waxed, she seemed to rush. I was done in less that two minutes. No tweezer clean up work, no lotion after, nothing. I’ve gotten better jobs at the Walmart salon cheaper.

The techs rush your service and the entire time it feels like they’re just trying to get you in and out. that’s fine, but the quality is horrible. I’ve had these for 9 days and I’ve had two nails break off, with multiple other chips and cracks in the paint on the others. This is probably the third or fourth time this has happened in the last 5 months of going there, and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m done paying $40 for a terrible job. The techs rush your service and the entire time it feels like they’re just trying to get you in and out. that’s fine, but the quality is horrible. Don’t go. Very rude. And do not provide good, long lasting services. I give businesses a second chance. People have bad days but—3rd worst experience in less than a year. I’ve gone separately for a set of gel to be taken off, then a Pedicure, a gel set. Never again.

Was able to get squeezed in at 2:30 — didn’t have to wait long and though they were busy every worker was on board and helping each other. I got a set 2 weeks ago somewhere else and they were starting to lift — they did such an amazing job at fixing the nail shape and refilling the air bubbles. Will be going here again. Decently priced too!

Will not be coming back here unfortunately. Had a gift certificate and decided to go here for a pedicure before leaving for vacation and am extremely disappointed. I had gel from a previous pedicure and the guy who removed it used the electric file to remove it (normal) but went over my skin with it and caused a burn that went through layers of my skin on my toe. The polish application I could have done a better job doing them at home. Cuticles are flooded with colored polish aswell as the sides of my nails. Had topcoat on my skin that I had to peel off. Nails are not filed straight. The guy also had super sharp nails which made the massage and application of polish very uncomfortable. My pants legs were also soaked. Was surprised that I was the only person in their salon on a Sunday which I should have taken as a sign to run. Will definitely be going back to AD nails or Glamour nails as their pedicures are a ton better!

I used to love CQ Nails for pedicures, but the service has declined significantly recently. Along with declining service the wait times even with an appointment have been approaching 30 minutes! Certainly doesn’t display an appreciation for customers time! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Pedicure

It was fantastic that they were able to squeeze my sister and I in, however, the lady (I believe her name was Pam) when doing my acrylic full set glued the nails so poorly that in a matter of a day and a half 3 of my nails fell off. Even when I was saying that they were glued on poorly, she didn’t care. I had to go to my regular salon to get another manicure the same week. I’m never coming back to CQ nails.
