Jenny the owner is a SCHEMER. I came in to remove gel polish on my toes and cut down. She was pushy for my to do full pedicure i said maybe next time. She charged me $25 and on her menu is says $15 for color change. I did not add any polish and I explained this to her but she was yelling and causing a scene so she than said pay me $20. This was the WORSE nail shop experience i ever had please do not go here. Posh next door charges $10 for the same service!

Got a pedicure for the first time at this place and the lady doing my nails kept looking at me like she hated me. Very weird especially because I’m always smiling. Not one smile came out of this lady. Rude! Not even a thank you after I gave her a very good tip! Will never go back again.

I have been going to this salon for 3 years. The pedicures are ok the nails not good at all unless the sets are done by Calvin. Still Everytime I’ve tipped the consultants.today I had the worst experience by one of their lady consultants that I left without paying. She was rude, ignored my requests for shaping my nails as I like, she broke one of my nails and was rude when I asked her to replace the nail she broke to which she never even responded, she laid on the acrylic product scew and unleveled even after buffing and shaping. When I tried pointing this out to her, she totally ignored my conplaint. Finally she told me that sknesom else can fix my nails after she finished. We’ll whats the point of that? . She called another consultant to shape my nails and I explained to the other consultant that shaping my nails with a file would not be a solution to straightening them, to which she agreed and walked away. I also pointed out that the initial consultant over buffed a nail on my right hand that my finger blec, and I’m diabetic which is not good. When I pointed this out to her she ignored me. It was the second consultant who said something to her to indicate that she should disinfect my bleeding finger. I told the consultant that on a number ocassions I haven’t been entirely happy noreso because the team is very rude apart from ”Cookie’ who is polite and customers like her, regardless I have always supported them for 3 years but today’s appointment was the final straw. The consultant then said if i want good service II mus phone for an appointment.the salon only had 2 customers they were not busy but even if they were it’s not an excuse to totally disregard a customer. When I pointed this out to her she respitnded that she wasn’t going to charge me which I agreed to and I mentioned that in future I will book an appointment with Calvin. When I was leaving she yells “Aren’t you going to pay me”. Honestly I just walked out. I will go back and will pay Calvin whom I will book an appointment with. Fellow customers you shouldn’t have to pay and tip for bad service and rude attitudes time and time again.

very disappointed I came here for break today to get a pedicure, 2 different nail technicians including the one doing my nails answered their phones and held loud conversations during my service. Another customer had her phone on speaker while she waited on hold for customer service. Finally they charged a fee for using a credit card and another fee for adding a tip to the credit card. Absolutely ridiculous.
