Really bad nail service, the gel nail polish started falling apart the next day. She refused to paint the edge of the nails, even though I kept asking her, reluctantly she did it only on a few nails. After two weeks my nails are completely falling apart just like shown in the picture below.

While the technician was friendly, the service was quite bad and has left lingering effects. I came in to have my acrylics removed, and the tech took off so much of my nail plate that she must have reached my nail bed because they were left very red and hurt for several days (which I’ve never experienced before while having this service done elsewhere). The technician also did a poor job shaping what was left of my poor nails, to the point that weeks later my nails are still splitting because of how frail and oddly shaped she left them – forcing me to still deal with the damage long after my visit.

Very personable, provide lots of service’s..i.e. wax, pedicures, manicures and all nail service’s. Have been going here for about 12 years. Ventured out to Luxury Nails next to Costco and was treated like cattle and rushed out. Never again. Staying with Cozy Spa and Nails ♥️

Called ahead to ask about a manicure with dip polish. Wasnt told until my pedicure had started that the dip polish was JUST polish and a manicure was extra. $6 for a paraffin dip, $15 for cuticles. I’ve never had a manicure that didnt include getting your cuticles trimmed before. Should have left then, or when the owner was rude when I first walked in. My mistake. I asked for a matching color on hands and feet. and I asked for a shade close to the purple I am posting. You can see what I ended up with. 2 different shades of blue. On top of that, the dip was applied horribly. Every single nail has some sort of dent or bump. I would absolutely AVOID this place at all costs unless you are getting basic polish and want to be treated poorly.
