Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHonestly there are some lovely ladies working here. They took extra time with my manicure and pedicure to make sure it looked perfect. I had an ingrown toenail I tried to take care of on my own and it was really hurting, I told Mai and she took care of it. She took a lot of time and work and kept asking me if it hurt to see if we got it, I seriously have never had someone so kind as a nail tech and when she got it we could both tell. Afterwards she put on some liquid to prevent infection and she really soaked it more than once and massaged it in, like I said she really seemed to genuinely care. I am pain free and looking fabulous, and super happy. Support a small Asian American business and get your nails done here. Honestly there are some lovely ladies working here. They took extra time with my manicure and pedicure to make sure it looked perfect. I had an ingrown toenail I tried to take care of on my own and it was really hurting, I told Mai and she took care of it. I’m very happy with my mani and pedi, I got a fantastic foot massage but also had great conversation while my nails and toes were worked on. Also my niece received acrylics and she is very happy with how they turned out, she got the exact shape and color she wanted. Thank you Vin and Hannah and to the sweet lady that worked on my niece! I highly recommend this place. Not only is the price extremely affordable but the service and quality is also top notch. I’m very happy with my mani and pedi, I got a fantastic foot massage but also had great conversation while my nails and toes were worked on. Also my niece received acrylics and she is very happy with how they turned out, she got the exact shape and color she wanted. Thank you Vin and Hannah and to the sweet lady that worked on my niece! Critical: Quality, ValueI wanted to start off by saying that these women are very nice but we left there extremely unhappy. If you’re looking for a place that keeps up with the trends, this place isn’t it. Their prices are very high for the quality of the service you get. We got gel acrylics and the nails are uneven ( I addressed the issue and it wasn’t resolved.) She attempted to but just wasn’t understanding what a coffin/ballerina shape was and eventually got frustrated with me..also there are bubbles and indents in the polish. It was painful and burned during the process of shaping the acrylic. When I asked for a specific color she straight up said “no because it would take too long” I wanted the ombré look. $145 for a fill/gel, a full set with gel and two standard pedicures. I read the reviews and still gave it a shot.
