I absolutely loved my experience here, and it was my first time trying this salon. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and seated me within 5 minutes. They were super busy, but still managed to work me in quickly as a walk in. Very casual and friendly atmosphere. Mimi was the one who ended up doing my nails and she was super charasmatic and nice to be around. She worked extremely quickly and finished my full set of nails in less than an hour. She was very keen on not hurting me and making sure it looked right. Up front pricing too, paid $70 (not including tip) for my nails. Will definitely be back, I enjoyed it. I visited for the first time recently, and it was awesome! Super clean, beautiful, and, of course, cozy. Claudia was my nail technician. I normally just want to read my book and not chat (bc I have a baby and rarely get time to be quiet and/or read and I’m a nerd who loves books), but I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. She and I read similar genres of books and had tons of things to talk about. The conversation flowed without much awkwardness (you know it can get awkward when talking to a new person). In addition to being an awesome conversationalist, my nails are ! I brought in some decals I got as a gift and Claudia gave me great suggestions about placement and which ones to use. I will be back!

Unfortunately I do not feel that I got the service that I paid for at $56.50 plus tip. I am a nail biter due to anxiety and I know that Claudia did not have a whole finger nail to work with but I have a regular technician in Fayetteville that I go to and when I have a set back and have to get a set of tips put on, he is able to do a perfect nail. The result of my trip today looks like a 5 year old did my nails. Claudia even mentioned that she would start with them long to make sure that she didn’t file them too short. Well these are too short and miss shaped. They all look like ski slopes. I had asked for round and active length which I thought meant to the edge of my finger. As a consumer, I do rely on the person performing the service to advise me on the service requested since they have the knowledge, education and on the job experience. Next time I will just wait for an appt with my regular tech. Sadly disappointed and will not return.

Excellent service from Kayla. She took her time and is very detail oriented. Shop is very cute and cozy. Nice atmosphere. I love the extra touch with providing me a gift bag to put my shoes in as I waited for my pedicure to dry. They even had my favorite puff peppermint candy to snack on. This is a hidden gem. A bit pricey or pricier than other places I’ve been but you can’t beat the service and quality of work so it’s worth the extra money. Kayla is my go to nail tech now.

Didn’t ever get my nails done till my much later years..Mimi runs an excellent shop no wonder she’s doing so well. Atmosphere is wonderful.. she makes sure my SNS color is available (she knows my color) commitment to her shop is a must.. I’m always pleased. I’m chronic asthmatic and her air filtration system is wonderful never an issue for me.. scheduled ever 3 weeks a must..thanks everyone there

Worst pedicure ever! From the time I walked in till I walked out was only 20 minutes. Kim could not cut my nails straight. No massage, nothing between my toes before she polished them, and the polish looked like a child had done it. Plus the place was not clean.

Kayla was great. Gel pedicure. She was very gentle and sweet and I fell right asleep. The only thing is the massage chair is old and bumpy so I just turned it off. But the atmosphere of the place is cozy and nice and I greatly prefer it over other places. Thank you Kayla! Pedicure
