This was the worst dip manicure I’ve ever gotten – I have never seen dip chip or peel before. The dip was rushed, put on very thick and not properly filed down. Do not go here to get your eyebrows waxed unless you have hooded or monolid eyes. The lady took away all of my arch and waxed the ends too short. I do not know how a licensed person does not know how to do eyebrows based on face and eye shape because that was one of the first things I learned in cosmetology school. Now my eyebrows are too flat and close to my eyes making my forehead look huge… pictures of what I got vs what I asked for.

Great service. Nice location. Private parking is a plus. The guy that did my nails did an excellent paint job. Very neat and the gel polish lasted long and didn’t chip. However, I didn’t like how they don’t include the hot stone massage with a standard pedicure, which is usually included at most salons. They charge extra for hot stone massages but I think it’s definitely worth coming here because the paint job is perfect which I don’t experience at most salons especially with pastel and subtle nail polish colors.

Critical: ProfessionalismManipulation tacticsI get they are struggling with covid 19 but I felt taken advantage of after I left.I am also on a budget and went in with a price in mind for a Mani pedi and looked at their menu before making my decision. The menu said $25 manicure and $30 or $35 gel nails. I said I want normal nail polish on my toes and gel on my nails. The lady handed me a set of gel nails to pick a color. I said no gel nails, I just want regular mail polish. The lady said she understands and to pick a color and they will match it on the wall. I got my toes done and went for nails. I showed them a picture of the color I wanted and I said “just gel nails” again she said she understands and then pulls out the dip colors after and I had to stop her again and say “no , not this, gel color. And she said”it’s ok, no extra charge”. At the end of the thing she charges me 86 dollars!!!!!!!! Critical: QualityI will never go back, very friendly staff but terrible service. They only offer powder and they cant do designs for the life of them. They take forever. Took my 6 year old daughter there for her first mani/pedi. She got the royal treatment from start to finish. Everyone so nice and very gentle with her. Bonus they have kid prices so she got the spa experience at an affordable cost.
