I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure which took about 1.5 hours. I called in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment that same day. Monica was super sweet and definitely took care of me. She was attentive along the way… asking if the length of my nail was fine, the color is what I wanted etc. My first time there and will make sure to come back!

Cozy Nails isn’t a fancy place, but don’t be put off by it’s modest appearance. I am beyond happy with my experience at Cozy Nails! I wish I could continue to go there, but I live across the country. The service is great. The nail lady kept asking if I was comfortable. She wasn’t distracted and seemed to really care that I had a good experience there. The price is also much better than I expected compared to back home. I am an RN and I really appreciated the bag liners used in the pedicure bowl as well as the disinfecting procedures done between customers. I had an exceptional experience at Cozy nails and I highly recommend it.

Went in around 6 to do a white gel mani pedi. Was up sold to do dip powder. They were in a rush to close but didn’t mention it. Apparently the place is appointment only. Which wasn’t stated upon arrival. Didn’t give me what I paid for! A 20 min massage m included in the spa pedi wasn’t provided but charged me for it. When I expressed that the filing done didn’t have my nails evenly the one is charge yelled at me instead about my nail beds. Terrible customer service. Horrific nails. Religiously attacking me. Instead of offering to fix the issue said I would have to pay her to stay later than 7.

Very friendly despite a small language barrier. I just walked in and even though they had a few customers, they were able to take me within 20 minutes. Then lady who spoke good English was very friendly and clearly knew her customers by name and really made it feel like her home. I have atrocious calluses (like most ppl can’t even match!) and the other lady worked very hard and diligently on them. A regular pedicure I was told was $23, then of course add $5 for my calluses (which I totally expected and needed), so I was very satisfied.
