About two years ago I booked an appointment here for me and my girlfriend and never had problems before that. When I arrived for me appointment they had me wait, which wasn’t a big deal until I was waiting a whole hour for an appointment that I had made in advance and they were just taking walk ins ahead of us, so I walked out. I finally decided to book an appointment here again last week, since they used to do a good job and they guy that did my pedicure did a horrible job and was sighing like he was mad he was doing my nails the whole time. I left with nail polish all over the sides of my nails and a HORRIBLE shape. Both of my big toenails were slanted and curved and it was obvious that he didn’t care about the work he was doing. Will not be returning here after having two bad experiences.

First time going to cozy nails and I’m very picky about my pedicures I only went to one place but it’s now to far. So I decided to go to cozy which wasn’t far from me and it was the best decision I made about a nail salon. They took their time and they didn’t hurt me at all no cuts and my feet feels amazing and clean. I highly recommend them. Love how my toes come out.

I’m really not one to complain at all especially about a pedicure, but the man I had clearly had no idea what he was doing or seemed to care. I work with customers daily as well in a similar field and the lack of customer service definitely was bad. He did not ask if I wanted them cut at all and just went to town cutting them with a cuticle clipper which I have never seen done before. My nails were all different lengths and so uneven and sharp. Did not know how to file either. Thanks to the girl who took over who ended up fixing each nail. Sorry to complain but this was really bad and I just hope he was new and shouldn’t be scared to ask for the help he needs. Unfortunately will not be going back.

Place is clean. They offer a variety of services. However, I have to say I was really disappointed in the massage with my pedicure. I chose one that was not the lowest but not the highest either. It was $55(ending up paying $70 because of gel) not including tip.. and I just felt like they were rushing me through. The massage was honestly less than a minute. For me the massage is the best and almost most important part for me. For paying that I didn’t expect to feel rushed out and like I didn’t get the value of what I paid.
