Overall, very satisfied! I am new to the area and I have tried a few places and Cozy Nails never disappoints. Sunny is very meticulous and my nails always look perfect! Sunny and Jay were so friendly and educational when it came to the care of my skin and nails. I am new to the area and decided to give Cozy Nails a try. It was super easy to make an appointment on a Friday afternoon, the location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. I am very pleased with the customer service and quality of my pedicure and manicure. I will be back again— in a couple weeks

Lovely and clean salon, quiet atmosphere (peaceful music, no TV blaring). Got an immediate appointment even though I was a walk-in. Very nice nail tech. The owner (? Or manager?) thanked me for coming in. Everyone was friendly and professional, prices are in line for their services. Another regular patron said that the gel manicure that she gets here usually lasts at least 2-3 weeks (I can’t comment on this because I just got it today)

My daughters and I have been coming to Cozy Nails since they opened. Jay and Sunny have a great staff and always remember the important details of how I like my nails done. To top it off he gives an excellent shoulder massage!

The salon is clean and everyone that works there seems to be nice but my nails look horrible. I had extensions and a gel manicure done. The gel manicure is pretty lumpy and the shape is terrible. They did not paint this tips of the nails on the edges giving this a very unfinished look. I am not a satisfied customer. I thought about going back to have them fixed but I don’t have much faith.

horrible experience. My friend and I went there because it didn’t seem crowded. One lady filed my friends cuticles down until they were bleeding and she was in pain. I got my toes done and while i was drying they were rushing us out saying my toes were dried but when i went into another store down the street i took a look at my toes and they were ruined so we had to go back and they fixed it free of charge. My friends gel manicure chipped after not even 3 full days of having them done. Do not recommend
