I have been going to this salon consistently for the last year. Their prices have only gone up $5 for a pedicure which makes it well priced and my pedicure looks great every time! My negatives are that no matter if you make an appointment or not they get to you when they get to you. I’ve seen them take walk ins immediately before taking those who had an appointment first. Also, the language barrier is terrible. I ask to see the nail swatches every time I come in and it’s a hit or miss on who will understand what you’re saying or not which becomes very frustrating. Your best bet is to find the nail tech you like to do your nails and writing their name down so you can get the same experience every time. The customer service here is just okay. Sometimes when you walk in you don’t get greeted and they just stare and then there’s days everyone is happy and greets every customer delightfully. One hygienic concern I notice frequently is after they’re done doing my pedicure they will take the tools and dip them in the water my feet just soaked in and put them back inside the cup container without wiping them off. I’ve never received a bad pedicure here or have gotten any infections but I would hope they clean the utensils off a bit better.

I think the young lady who did my nails did a great job in making my nails similar to the inspiration photo I showed her. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of customer service. It was my first time going here and it was chaotic figuring out who would do my nails. Several people worked on my nails (filing, reshaping) and they all seemed in a hurry before the young lady who finished my nails (shaping & painting). I also was not a fan of the extra charge for them to “reshape” from square to oval. I think that $5 up charge is ridiculous, my usual salon does not charge for reshaping so I am not really positive this is normal in all salons or not, however I thought it was silly since they took away nail rather then added.

I am an older lady who uses a walker and cane . The first time I went it was nice . I get the best pedicure . The second time I went I thought it was even better but my nails are chipping . I realized you don’t pay them until the very end . I foolishly gave her the tip which was large . Right after that she rushed the manicure and a man came over to do my back massage . A few minutes into it he came with a clock and that was another 10 dollars . I sure learned never give the tip until it’s completely over . She should have put two coats on . Just a warning .

I made an appt. Went in and a young asian man did my pedicure. He had just finished smoking outside and never even washed his hands before coming to handle my feet. He stunk of cigarettes. He never asked what pedicure I wanted. He went ahead and did the basic. He barely did my heels where I asked to do harder. He went thru motions but didnt. He forgot hot stones too. Cut nails uneven. The worst pedicure I ever got. I didnt complain because they would all just talk in chinese among themselves and I would never know what they said.
