This was a real bait and switch. After booking, I was told the business had moved around the corner and sent to a different address. The name of the place I entered was not Cozy Nails. The interior was cluttered with piles of boxes and dozens of glassware objects on shelves, approaching a hoarder situation. The woman who was there wasn’t the person I spoke to on the phone. There was a strong unpleasant food odor inside. The pedicure chair was extremely uncomfortable and worn out. After 45 minutes of removing my nail polish, I asked to end the service so I could leave. Additionally, the woman who worked on me acted like she didn’t understand English when I questioned her about the different address, but when another customer came in who knew her, she spoke English perfectly. I cannot recommend this place.

I got my nails done here for the first time in several years and it was great! I told Ty that I pick and pull on the skin around my nails, and she helped clean up my cuticles and cut away the tough skin that was causing places for me to rip. She took a lot of care and helped really clean up my hands, and then told how to take care of them at home. I got a gel manicure and it turned out wonderful. Ty was great and showed a lot of care and knowledge when helping me figure out what to do and cleaning my hands up. Would recommend for a great local spot!

Ty takes great care and attention with my nails every time- always friendly and quick service. She also takes the time to answer my questions about mail health and what to do to keep them strong. I’m always happy with the outcome and she helps me figure out what looks best when I can’t make up my mind. I got the acrylic + gel to help grow my nails and next time my nails will be long enough for the gel. This is definitely my new spot as I’m a happy customer

I’ve visited several times before in the past year; coming back every time for the great customer service and Korean hospitality. I came in today around noon to two customers and 5 employees. They promptly told me to come back at 3 as there were no openings. I’m not sure why they were so keen on pushing a mani and pedi out the door when there were free employees.
