I came in to get my nails taken off. I just wanted that no gel no regular manicure. They asked me a few times do you want to get color I said no many times just wanted the tips off. Meanwhile they charged me $10 for them to come off!! I went to a few different salons and they didn’t charge me at all. I paid for it anyways. Once I paid they said we service tips I did not understand at first with the masks on but was very rude about it. Will not be coming back

Don’t get gel manicure here! My daughter got it for the first time and she was so excited. Got home and in a few hrs one chipped, she hates chips and able to peel that whole nail off which you can’t do with gel. Then a few more chipped and she took the whole thing off with rubbing alcohol in minutes. Either it’s not true gel or it’s weak and old. I spent almost $40 there, will be calling to complain, never going back there again!

I’ve been going to this salon for years, I even have rewards points that I may not use because the owner was rude and sarcastic when I asked her who’s going to do my nails since the person I requested has been booked with another client. Her response was “I’m not going to stop my girls just for you” I’m not even asking her to do that, all I asked was a simple question since I have a right to know as a customer. She could’ve spoken with civility and calmness instead of raising her voice and being nasty.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went there a few days ago to get gel nails done and my nails started chipping after 2-3 days after getting them done which isn’t normal. I got the nails that were broken fixed at another place and added a gel topcoat to every nail, one of the nails that was originally done at Cozy broke the day after that. Rude…I was really sad at the rude and dismissive treatment I received at Cozy. When they first opened I was super impressed and then when I came back to visit I was given the fastest gel mani ever and it completely showed. When we went it was a weekday and they were understaffed for the amount of walk ins. When I was finished my nails weren’t cleaned right and the polish was stuck in every single cuticle, like how it looks when you paint your nails at home. I asked if they could take the excess nail polish out of my cuticles the woman said can you move over I have next customer nothing I can do just wash your hands and it will come out. I was honestly speechless and was thinking back hard if I had said anything to bother her. I won’t be returning.

Great experience every time I go. They always have a lot of staff working so you never have to wait long if you don’t have an appointment. They always do a great job on my nails. It is super clean! Overall, wonderful salon. I highly recommend it.

Do not recommend this place, I went there to get my gel tips and a pedicure. With the pedicure they did not clean out the foot bath area before switching customers. I had to ask them to clean it out before I put my feet in. it They went from one customer to another without cleaning well. Secondly, within three days after getting my nails done 3 had popped off and 1 chipped in half. A total waste of money and time. A Nice looking nail and spa with horrible service!!

I’ve been here twice and I had Cindy the second time she was terrible she gathered several of the workers together and started talking about me in Chinese or whatever they speak I had to tell her how to do my nails which was completely stupid, I was not satisfied with my nails so I left then she comes running out asking for a tip lmao. My acrylics ended up chipping a week in and my nails got infected. Would not recommend her at all she should not even have a license she’s just terrible.
