This place is horrible. I went in on a late Saturday afternoon to get a full set gel withcolor gel. By Tuesday my nails had came off so I decided to go back to get them fixed. The owner is the nastiest person I have met and rude with his customers. He told me he didnt know what I was using and that is why they came off. Then he proceeded to talk about the nails. I got up and told him why he was upset about fixing it when I paid alot. I didn’t tolerate how rude he was and left without getting my nails fixed. I had to go elsewhere and get them done properly. This was my first and last time ever going there.

Each time, was not at all impressed by the tone of the salon or the quality of the the job done. But this last time I went will definitely be the last time I go. This past Friday I went to get a manicure and pedicure. Not only was the staff incredibly rushed and unfriendly, but the job done was very poor. During my pedicure, the girl was in such a rush that she made me bleed behind my toe nail. And my manicure was chipped and peeling the very next day before the occasion I had even gotten them done for in the first place. It’s ridiculous. I have tried this place a few times because it is right by my house so convenience-wise, I REALLY wanted to like it. Each time, was not at all impressed by the tone of the salon or the quality of the the job done. But this last time I went will definitely be the last time I go. I’ve been coming to cozy nails religiously since they opened several years ago. All of the employees do a great job and are really sweet. I never feel rushed like other nail salons. Also, free massage while you are drying or getting your gel done!

He asked who did our nails and we remembered the names of the girls but only one of them was working that night, so he approached her and yelled at her in front of everyone in the nail salon and made a huge scene, the poor girl looked like she was going to cry and looked very embarrassed. Other customers said he should’ve reprimanded her in private and he yelled at them as well. Although he did redo our nails that were chipped (he didn’t redo them all) It looks worse than the first time. He did a very poor job himself. I had a gel manicure done by Maya and I absolutely love it! The salon team is super friendly and professional. Maya was very attentive to details, she did not rush anything and my nails came out perfect. Highly recommended, it is my new favorite nail salon. 🙂 🙂

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The woman doing my nails disappeared midway through my manicure for 15 minutes. They charged me more than the price I was given when I called and I was I completely unhappy with how my nails looked in the end. It was rushed and steps In the manicure like getting my cuticles cut were completely skipped. Completely unprofessional/rude staff. Seemed like no one understood their job. Don’t waste your time or money.
